Storage Tanks:
Our policy wording is broad, automatically extending coverage to include:

We consider above-ground storage tanks up to 25 years without secondary containment and up to 45 years with secondary containment. With adequate construction and loss prevention measures, we can consider underground storage tanks manufactured from 1990 onwards.
Ongoing Tank and Line Testing Requirements:
Flexible testing requirements based on:
- Loss control measures in place
- Tank construction
- Age of underground tank.
Requirements can be waived all together for many tanks when adequate leak detection measures are in place.
Premises and Contractors’ Environmental:
Our coverage can extend to full Premises Environmental coverage, accommodating a broad range of secondary operations such as motor vehicle repair, car washes and many more.
Apart from Gas & Service Stations, SWG can offer Premises and/or storage tank coverage to a broad range of operations from Chemical Manufacturing, hazardous material warehousing, and much more.
