Park Model Trailers / Stationary Trailers (Seasonal) policy provides coverage for manufactured homes or park model trailers that are permanently parked with seasonal use only. These model homes and trailers are usually 40 feet in length, and must be fully skirted, secured and connected to city water, sewer and electricity. They can have decks, porches, or additional rooms added to the structure.
